1999年より、今井了介のもとでR&B、ヒップホップ、ソウルなどのトラックメイク・レコーディング・エンジニアを経験しながら、氏のプロデュースワーク、アレンジ手法などを修得していく。2002年よりBENNIE Kのサウンドプロデュースに携わり、R&Bやヒップホップのトラックをベースにロック的なアプローチを行うことで、彼自身のポップなエッセンスを加味することに成功した。このBENNIE Kのブレイクとともに、一気に知名度・実力が認知される。
プロデュース作品「Dream Land」では、コカ・コーラ社との大型タイアップによるCMのイメージとも合致し大ヒットを納める。アルバム『Japana-rhythm』はオリコンチャートでも１位を獲得。トラックメイク～作曲～ボーカルディレクション～ミックスのどの作業も自身で行い、ProTools以降の新世代クリエイターの代表と言える。とりわけミックスエンジニアとしてのスキルは非常に高く、その緻密な音の組み立ては業界内でも注目されている。
